Built From 30 Years of Youth Innovation Experience

Curriculum Dynamics formalizes what Design Team Collaboration International has been doing since 1997 — building youth through real project work, skilled mentorship, and exposure to innovation at scale. The DTC Mentoring Framework, the No Teen Fast Food commitment, and the Innovation Without Walls program all predate Curriculum Dynamics. This site makes that work visible, scalable, and transferable.

The Changing Landscape

Four Forces Reshaping Education Right Now

AI Disruption
Large language models can now pass bar exams, write code, diagnose radiology images, and produce marketing copy. The white-collar entry-level jobs that a 4-year degree was supposed to unlock are being automated. The education response cannot be to ignore this.
Humanoid Robotics
Boston Dynamics, Figure, Agility Robotics, and 1X are shipping humanoid robots to commercial clients. Within 5 years there will be millions deployed globally. Every one of those robots needs a trained human technician to keep it running.
Skilled Trade Shortage
3.6 million skilled trade jobs are unfilled in the U.S. right now. Electricians, welders, machinists, and automation techs are commanding premium wages while universities produce philosophy and communications graduates at record rates.
Credential Inflation vs. Employer Reality
Employers increasingly prefer demonstrated competency over credentials — they just don't have a reliable way to verify it. Curriculum Dynamics' skill badge system, tied to real documented work product, solves this.
The DTC Foundation

40+ Projects. 30 Years. One Pipeline.

Curriculum Dynamics draws from the full DTC project portfolio as the real-world content of its education program. Students don't just study energy, medicine, manufacturing, and civic technology in a classroom — they work on those problems alongside DTC researchers and engineers.

Energy
911Hub BioTriage. WavePOD. WindReserve. IronShield SMR. Anode+. SunLoop Solar. Real energy projects where EV Tech and Electrician + EE students contribute real work.
Medical
911Hub. CardioPoint. NeuroSeal. BioCore Implants. Sterile Filling. PandemiCure. Where Biotech Tech + Life Science students gain real pharma and medical experience.
Manufacturing
Machine Design Network — 1M+ sqft at Fort Custer. Where Machinist + ME combination students build their capstone projects on real CNC equipment.
Civic & Tech
iVote.org. Luminary Compute. Axiom Quantum. Echelon One. Where AI Skills and entrepreneurial track students see technology applied to civic and computing challenges.
Food & Agriculture
Laguna Harvest. BeeSafe. Millennium Blend. EggPod. Where students interested in biology, agriculture, and food systems work on real food security projects.
Education Itself
The DTC youth pipeline is itself a research project — how to build effective mentoring, credential, and entrepreneurship pipelines for young people in underserved communities.
